Welcome to Alfala Taxi Service Goa. By booking a taxi or using our website https://www.alfalataxiservicegoa.in/, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed in accordance with standard taxi service practices and applicable Goa Government transport rules.

1. Company Information

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, website, or partner travel agencies.

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team via call or WhatsApp.

  • For long-distance trips, airport transfers, or peak season bookings, advance payment may be required.

  • Customers must provide correct pickup location, date, time, and contact details.

3. Pricing Policy

  • Taxi fares are based on distance, route, vehicle type, season, and service duration.

  • Prices may vary during peak tourist season, public holidays, and late-night services.

  • Toll charges, parking fees, and entry fees (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer unless already included in the package.

  • Extra waiting time beyond the complimentary limit may be charged.

  • Final fare will be confirmed before trip start.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept Cash, UPI, and Online Transfer.

  • Advance payment may be required for airport pickup, full-day tours, or wedding/event bookings.

  • Remaining payment must be completed at trip completion unless agreed otherwise.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in service refusal for future bookings.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before pickup time (depending on booking type).

  • Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

  • No refund for β€œNo-show” or cancellation after driver dispatch.

  • Advance payment for peak season or special vehicles may be non-refundable.

  • Refund processing (if applicable) may take 3–7 working days.

6. Waiting Time Policy

Airport Pickup:

  • 45–60 minutes complimentary waiting after flight arrival.

  • Additional waiting will be chargeable.

Local Pickup:

  • 15–20 minutes complimentary waiting.

  • Extra waiting may incur charges.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate pickup location and time.

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, physical/verbal abuse, or misconduct toward our drivers. The driver has the right to terminate the ride if a passenger behaves inappropriately.

  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances inside the taxi is strictly prohibited under Goa Law.

  • Do not carry illegal or hazardous items.

  • Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Please do not leave valuables unattended.

Any damage to vehicle caused by passengers will be chargeable.

8. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • All drivers are licensed and experienced as per Indian transport rules.

  • Vehicles are maintained and cleaned regularly for customer safety.

  • Driver details may be shared before pickup.

  • Alfala Taxi Service reserves the right to change vehicle or driver due to operational reasons.

9. Government Rules & Compliance (Goa)

  • All services operate as per Goa Transport Department guidelines.

  • Taxi services follow local permit and tourism transport rules.

  • Night travel and interstate travel may require valid ID proof.

  • Passenger must follow local law & order and tourism regulations.

10. Delays & Uncontrollable Situations

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Traffic congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Roadblocks or accidents

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural calamities

However, we will always try our best to provide timely service.

11. Luggage Policy

  • Standard luggage allowed as per vehicle capacity.

  • Extra luggage must be informed during booking.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

12. Website Usage

  • All content on this website is for informational purposes.

  • Prices and services may change without prior notice.

  • Unauthorized use or copying of website content is prohibited.

13. Privacy Policy
